Financial Management
 Accounting is the system’s main operational area, being integrated with all the other modules, and enabling to make accounting records both in RON and the additional reporting currency, which helps getting reports also in the reporting currency required by the mother company, in case of corporations.
Purchases and Stocks

It enables the management of supplying orders and purchase documents. The proposals for supplying orders can be automatically generated, according to the supply policies. Management of stocks is fully integrated with accounting, sales and purchases.

An indefinite number of measuring units, volume and weight parameters, equivalent units, substitutes, customer – and supplier-specific codes, supplier codes etc can be defined for the items.

The warehouse operations can be optimized by using a Warehouse Management Module. The warehouses can be broken down by areas and compartments and several business rules can be input for each item/compartment.

Sales and Marketing

This module enables the input of trade policies, selling process and customer relationship management. It enables the instant access to information on stocks, prices, discounts, history of contacts with a certain customer (telephone numbers, emails, offers, invoices, income, returns). It is integrated with MS Outlook for synchronizing contacts, appointments, works and tasks.

It enables to organize, plan, and launch the production. The module includes functionalities for effective management of production processes, lists of materials, supply planning and production capacities planning (graphics).
