Finance – Accounting

The modules addressing the finance-accounting area enable to fulfill the tasks related to primary accounting, management of cost centers and internal orders, analytical movements and distribution models related to analytical accounting, as well as management of forecasting accounting simulations.

In case of companies managing several firms, it is possible to get automatically consolidated balance sheet.

The system also enables the management of fixed assets.

Purchases – Sales

The items and related transactions are managed by using customizable tools, within Inventory Module, its rationalized organization helping to make significant savings on stocks management costs.

The system enables to manage the orders from customers and suppliers, with all the related implications: offers, track record of due terms, record of items and pricing policies, purchase and sale statistics and order status. Purchase and sale modules allow to issue and register all the documents related to these transactions.

The transaction items can be identified by using the optical bar-code reader. The system ensures the price list management, input of pricing policies and flexible discounts, as well as management in currency of sales and purchase documents. Moreover, the Batch Module offers the possibility the manage problems related to the input and track record of batches, specific for quality management.

Production

No matter how complex your technical processes might be, the production modules enable to manage production documents flow and their operational, as well as analysis of production activities planning. Management of finite/ half-finished products is done by lists of materials, which can be independent or can be used for managing various versions of the basic product.

The configurator allows defining alternatives to a basic product, having the possibility to choose its structure whenever needed. By managing the production stages and cycles, the system enable to monitor the status of works as well as control of inventory output and consumption components, regardless if the technological process develops with its own resources or by supplier’s sub-contracting.

Planning of production activities is made by functions dealing with analysis of availability of materials, tools for studying the workload of productive resources, and all these analyses can be visualized by using workload histograms and Gantt charts.

Task scheduler – enables to automatically perform various predefined operations, such as printing reports and batch procedures.

Email Connector – enables to generate pdf. reports automation of pdf sending via email or fax.

EasyLook – allows visualizing all the reports in the system, via a web interface.

Magic Document – enable to input data in word or excel formats and automatically import these files in the system.

XGate – enables the import/export of documents in xml. format directly from the system.
